We knew if we could help people understand just what makes Florida's largest credit union different from a bank, we could help make a difference for our client, Suncoast Credit Union. Doing this through ann improved online presence could help the credit union both expand its membership and continue to help people in the areas it serves.
Our research showed that Suncoast is a likeable, trsuted brand. Unfortunately, their website just didn't reflect that either in look and feel or in functionality. LiquidHub developed a creative concept that highlights trust and transparency through open, airy design, images of real members and employees and animated infographics to bring Suncoast's philosophy to life and illustrate how its profits serve the community, not CEOs.
Within just a few moths of launch, Suncoast could see the difference. Visitor membership inquiries were up 400% to over 20,000 and 10,000 visitors researched multiple related products.
