A Global Financial Services firm had multiple lines-of-business executing in different, and sometimes conflicting, execution patterns. Resources were not fluid between business lines due to variations in methodologies which resulted in conflicting expectations, project delays, and high costs.
LiquidHub performed a top down assessment of the current state to find inconsistencies and/or compatible SDLC processes. By tracking and categorizing the findings of our assessment, LiquidHub was able to provide detailed feedback on the greatest pain points and ares of weakness which required significant change. Through this analysis, our team created an executable top-of-house PMO roadmap, offering three different paths for relevant methodologies including waterfall and agile.
Through LiquidHub's Process Portfolio Rationalization, Project and Program Management, and Enterprise Architecture-driven Assessment Methodologies, we created an actionable target state and rationalization roadmap to drive business transformation.
