Position: Customer Relationship Manager

Position Description

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the overall relationship from a business perspective with Electronic Ink’s existing clients. This includes ensuring that project teams are achieving client objectives and delivering the highest quality of work. The Customer Relationship Manager is ultimately responsible for an existing client’s satisfactory experience with Electronic Ink and the continuation and growth of the relationship between Electronic Ink and the client.

This position requires exploring and understanding the individual client organization and identifying opportunity for expansion of the current relationship throughout the course of current project work. This can include additions to existing project scope and the identification of new projects within the client organization.

Understanding the hierarchy within existing client organizations and developing deep and broad relationships within them is essential. The Customer Relationship Manager must establish relationships with as many individuals as possible within the client organization to enhance the success of Electronic Ink’s relationship with the client. This interaction and rapport will provide Electronic Ink the ability for each existing client relationship to become and remain a long-term and profitable endeavor.
